We are in business of manufacturing of super enamelled copper wire using latest technology and with skilled personalities . V K Venture at Supa MIDC. The factory is well equipped to handle the input Copper Rod to various operations, copper drawing, Annealing, Enamelling, Testing, Weighing, Packing, Handling and moving the material for different treatment.
On Copper Drawing machine we using PCD Dies (POLY CRYSTELINE DIAMOND) for uniform and smooth surface bare copper wire. This drawn copper wire of required size enter into extra-long Annealed tube at 500 to 600 temperature to cleaning the surface by steam before enamel coating. In annealing process bare copper wire surface cleaning and softening occurs at 500 to 600 degree Celsius Then this cleaned surface copper enter into enamelling. Oven for film coating of insulation varnish of different types like class B, class F, Class H, dual coat self solder able and others.
We designed control panel with thirstier control (energy control) no. on-off of heaters the energy required by oven is regulated automatically with sophisticated electronic control hence uniform polymerisation (curing) of enamel ensure the most optimum properties of enamelled film.
